Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Our filter kits are made customer per order. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for assembly.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping via client UPS/FedEx accounts for established accounts only. Note, a handling fee assessed to cover labor and materials for this service.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please call to confirm overnight status. Next day and overnight orders received after 1pm EST will not be shipped until the following business day.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur from the carriers based on weather conditions.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Carolina Diagnostic Solutions ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. CDS does not ship to PO box addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Carolina Diagnostic Solutions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Carolina Diagnostic Solutions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your product.
Any quantity shortages should be reported within 5 days of delivery. Products may be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days or less.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods and disposable products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, invoice number, product number, quantity, and your direct contact information. To obtain an RMA, please contact CDS directly via email with as much detail as possible to prepare for your return. Please note that CDS will not exchange, issue credit, or refund without an RMA number. Any product shipped back without an RMA will remain your property and your responsibility. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
When the return is not the result of an error on our part, all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee or .00, whichever is greater.
Please use a carrier that offers tracking, delivery notification, and insurance (UPS or FedEx preferred). We recommend that you purchase insurance on the package for the full value of the product. The contents remain your property and responsibility until the package is signed and received by CDS.
Note, we will not accept C.O.D shipments. If products are damaged due to improper packing, you will be invoiced for the damaged goods or cost of repair.
