Meet the CDS Team - Simple & Effective Solutions for Pulmonary Disease

Amanda Clark, RRT


Amanda started her journey in the field of respiratory care at the age of 19. Over the past two decades she provided Respiratory Care in multiple capacities ranging from neonatal to adult critical care, outpatient services and managing a Regional Asthma Center. In addition, she has performed advanced pulmonary diagnostics in a variety of settings, served as a pulmonary disease manager and Bronchoscopy Team Leader. In 2012,Amanda found herself in a unique position to drive change and perused opportunity with enthusiasm; founding two small businesses in the respiratory industry with the sole purpose of changing care delivery models. Aside from operating a successful business, professional goals include advancing the utilization of quality spirometry in the Primary Care/ Outpatient setting and to advance quality care for our most asset, people. She is very active on a local and national level; serving on the South Carolina Respiratory Care board of directors as regional director, chairing the Disease Management Specialty Section, and as a regional political action contact team. Nationally she participated as a draftee of the National COPD Action Plan in 2016-2017 and speaks at industry conferences to educate peers.

Bob Rife, RRT

Clinical Specialist

Bob started his journey in respiratory care after leaving the Navy. Over the course of 4 decades he has served in many capacities in the industry. He is a well known leader for managing multiple respiratory care departments and service lines in the low country of South Carolina. Bob is always giving back to grow awareness of the respiratory profession both locally and nationally. He is currently serving as the President of the South Carolina Respiratory Society (SCSRC), a Liason to DHEC for infection control and many other community boards.In addition to his role at CDS, Bob is co-founder of Vining Rife Innovation and holds more than 6 patents in the US. He is a tremendous asset to the CDS team.  

Crystal Lucke

Administrative Specialist

Crystal joined the CDS team with a wide range of skill sets. Prior to coming on board, she worked in a busy cardiology practice writing policy and procedure, training new team members, and serving as an in-office liason for a large group of physicians for tasks ranging from procedure scheduling to patient communication. She brings invaluable perspective and experience wearing many hats in her dad’s small business and holds a degree in architectural design and has an eye for detail. Crystal serves CDS clients, customers, and manufacturer partners with grace and enthusiasm.
